1. Who We Are

Voxmii operates a LinkedIn performance analytics dashboard. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't sign up.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use Voxmii, we collect and store:

• Your account information — name, company name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
• Your company's LinkedIn page URL and publicly available LinkedIn data from that page.
• Publicly available LinkedIn data for any individual profiles you add to your dashboard — including posts, reactions, comments, reposts, and follower counts.
• Payment records for your subscription (processed via PayPal).

We only collect data that is publicly visible on LinkedIn. We do not access private messages or any non-public information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide the Voxmii service — displaying LinkedIn performance metrics on your dashboard, generating reports, and managing your account and subscription. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Employee LinkedIn Data

Voxmii is designed for organisations to track the LinkedIn performance of their teams. When you add individual LinkedIn profiles to your dashboard, Voxmii will collect and display their publicly available LinkedIn activity. By using the service you acknowledge and accept this.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and LinkedIn performance data for as long as your subscription is active, plus up to 2 years after cancellation for reporting purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@voxmii.com.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to how we process it. Contact us at privacy@voxmii.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your data safe.

8. Third-Party Services

We use Apify to collect publicly available LinkedIn data, and PayPal to process payments. These services have their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Subscription & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly via PayPal. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for unused periods. We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' notice.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are material we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use means acceptance.
